The core of the firm’s professional practice is valuation, and the service is for all purposes amongst which are:

1. SALE: To determine fair and adequate price at which the property or asset can be disposed
2. MORTGAGE: To determine mortgage value of property or assets proposed as collateral for loans, loan recovery, revalidation etc.
3. COMPENSATION: Assessment, Wayleave acquisition, verification of compensation claims for either public or private (Government or communities/individuals, Corporations/Organizations).
4. RATING: To determine rates payable to LGA for tenements.
5. INSURANCE: To determine insurance value of such properties, assets, or interests.

Property & Facility Management:

1. Appraise and determine appropriate rentals for properties and advise accordingly.
2. Routine maintenance survey and inspection of building and facilities for optimal, safe and cost – effective management. Ensuring value for money to both owner and user.
